Back to School Night Follow-Up

Musical Greetings!

It was so wonderful to meet many of you at Back to School Night. I hope you had a fun time visiting all of your children's classes. Also, I hope you were able to enjoy listening to the recording of the chorus singing as you arrived.

Welcome to our web site! If you haven't yet, please read my welcome note, also in this folder. To follow-up, as you know our time together was so brief, so I didn't make it to our SmartMusic demonstration. However, I hope many of you were able to attend Mr. Athayde's SmartMusic demonstration in the band room at 8:45 p.m. Again, I'd like to emphasize that you're always welcome to come and sit in during chorus. We'd love to sing for you (and even have you sing with us, if you'd like)!

*We will be using Smart Music technology in-class and at-home practice assignments
*Volunteers Needed:
**Classroom Music Library Database and Organization during first or second period any Monday-Friday
**Drivers for Field Trip to “Tour LAFSD” tentatively on Tuesday, February 27, 2008 (more to come)
*Please watch for Chorus Sweatshirt Order Forms to be coming home soon!
