A recital to showcase the talents of various individuals and groups from the Stanley Music Department. Participants are required to audition for a spot.

Stanley Chorus will be performing with each LAFSD 5th grade chorus and local high school groups.

The Lafayette Jazz Festival is Sponsored by the Generations in Jazz Foundation and features the Big Band of Rossmoor (Thursday), the Stanley Jazz Messengers (Friday) and the Acalanes Jazz Band (Saturday).

Julia Burke Memorial Walk and Reunion (San Pablo Reservoir Visitor Center, from Dec 18, 2011 09:00 AM to Dec 18, 2011 11:00 AM)

The Annual Memorial Walk and Reunion will take place in the Visitor Center at San Pablo Reservoir - 7301 San Pablo Dam Road, on SUNDAY, DECEMBER 26, with a start time of 9 -10:30 AM. The location will keep everyone warm and toasty while enjoying beautiful views and listening to music provided by Bob Athayde's family, friends and students. Parent Information Meeting (The Music Room, from Sep 22, 2011 07:00 PM to Sep 22, 2011 08:30 PM)

Informational meeting for new parents concerning the music program, policies, instrument rental, the calendar, Smart Music, etc. This meeting will be from 7:00 - 7:45. For those interested in the Jazz program a short meeting will follow the general meeting - 8:00 -8:30pm.
